Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care for residents in a full-time role. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and offer companionship to help residents feel safe, comfortable, and dignified in a home-like setting.

Schedule: Full Time | 80 hours/pay period | 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. | Includes every other weekend and holiday

Pay Range: $22.60 - $24.00/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, You Will

• Direct Client Care - Deliver compassionate, hands-on care, assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per each resident’s Plan of Care.
• Support Daily Living - Support daily well-being of residents by offering meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement.
• Monitor Health Changes - Monitor and report changes, including vital signs, skin conditions, and any behavioral or physical changes. Ensure timely communication with the nursing team.
• Create a Welcoming Place - Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their daily lives by creating a home-like atmosphere.
• Other Duties as Assigned - Ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support. The duties and responsibilities

This Job Also Requires

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Minnesota.
• Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health is a plus.
• Ability to provide care with empathy, patience, and integrity.
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
• Ability to pass state mandated background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, staff, and visitors.
