Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, assists in providing direct patient care and completes delegated skills.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and data collection to support patient safety.
• Maintains infection control and safety practices in the unit and hospital.
• Documents care and communicates effectively with the care team during handoffs.
