Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in Quality Improvement activities and data collection.
• Attends staff development and participates in orientation of new staff.
• Follows hospital policies, provides quality patient care, and maintains licensure.
• Maintains effective communication with care team and documents in medical record.
• Assists in unit goals, cost-effective use of equipment and supplies.
• Under supervision of a licensed nurse, assists in direct patient care and delegated tasks.
