Qualifications

• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Take and document vital signs and basic patient observations.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort and dignity at all times.
• Operate within Joint Commission and hospital guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RN or charge nurse.
• Assist with nutrition and hydration needs and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and accurate documentation.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and report to supervising staff.
