STHS McAllen is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide safe, patient-centered care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician in our facility in McAllen, Texas.

As a valued member of the Nursing Team, you will support daily patient care, adhere to policies and Service Excellence standards, and participate in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. High school diploma or GED is preferred, with BLS on hire and ongoing requirements.

Competenze

• Prefer experience in an acute care setting.
• Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• BLS on hire and remain current thereafter.
• Must be at least 18 years old at hire.

Mansioni

• Provides safe, competent patient-centered care under RN or physician direction.
• Participates as an active member of the Nursing Team on the unit/department.
• Supports Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups.
