Job summary

Grand Lake Health System seeks a Nursing Assistant to support patient care with strong communication and teamwork. You will assist with basic needs and work with the interdisciplinary team to maintain high patient satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility to float to 2nd, 3rd floors and the Emergency Department, with long hours on your feet and a weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Nursing assistant certification preferred or required depending on state.
• Completion of state testing certificate program acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care activities with compassion.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Float to 2nd/3rd floors and ED as needed.
• Stand for extended periods and meet physical requirements.
