Job summary

Grand Lake Health System is seeking a Nursing Assistant for part-time shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with every third weekend and holiday rotation.

You will need excellent communication and teamwork, and be capable of performing a variety of basic patient care activities to meet patients' personal needs and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of state testing certificate program or nursing assistant certification.
• Successful completion of at least one quarter/semester of clinical work in a health-related program.

Responsibilities

• Care for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Float to other units (2nd, 3rd, 6th floors, ED) as needed.
• Stand for long periods and meet physical requirements.
