Job summary

Grand Lake Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the night shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m.), part time, to deliver patient care through the nursing process and to guide patient teaching and discharge planning.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, may work other units as needed, and must be able to work holidays and weekends in a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed LPN.
• Experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and outcomes.
• May work other units or shifts based on staffing and patient needs.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends as required.
