Job summary

Children’s Minnesota seeks a Hospital Nursing Supervisor to direct and coordinate hospital activities across shifts, ensuring safe staffing and patient flow. You will work with unit leaders, RMCs, and charge nurses to anticipate needs, address operational issues, and uphold the organization’s patient-first values.

The role requires RN licensure in MN, BLS, and leadership experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in MN required.
• BLS required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CPI or Behavioral Health Care & Personal Safety Course within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs, organizes, plans and coordinates overall hospital activities during assigned shifts with leadership and judgment.
• Lead staffing, triage operational issues, and coordinate patient placement across units; communicate with administrators and unit leadership.
