Qualifications

• BSN must be pursued and attained within two years of hire.
• Washington RN license required at hire.
• 5 years RN experience in ED, ICU, or 5 years Acute Care Inpatient Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions and bed placement for patients from ED, direct admits, surgical spaces, and transfers.
• Perform chart reviews and calls to clarify bed criteria to ensure appropriate bed placement.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, EVS, clinical resource office, Administrative Supervisor, Leadership and other facilities to optimize patient flow.
