Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required for licensure and practice.
• Current California RN license required for clinical responsibilities.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Three years of supervisor experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist directors in operational aspects of patient care areas and bed placement.
• Coordinate staffing needs for each shift and oversee during weekends/on-call hours.
• Lead with strong communication and patient service focus across teams.
• Respond to codes and disasters, guiding staff during drills and events.
• Collaborate with admissions, clinicians, and bed management across units.
• Ensure safe patient flow and adherence to risk management practices.
• Support nursing leadership and promote a professional practice model.
