Requires a BSN, CA RN license, BLS and ACLS, with at least three years of supervisor experience. Per diem 12-hour shifts with a flat rate of $78.3435 per hour.

The Nursing Administrative Supervisor is a licensed registered nurse who is responsible for assisting the directors and managers in the operational aspects of the patient care areas. The Nursing Administrative Supervisor facilitates patient flow within the organization, including bed placement. The Nursing Administrative Supervisor coordinates the staffing needs for each shift. This role also oversees and supports the hospital during weekends and after hours. This position is designated for per diem, 12-hour shifts (minimum of 1 shift per week), and night shifts.
