Job summary

Health First in Florida is seeking a Manager of Nursing Administration Supervisors to oversee operational functions, improve patient flow, and ensure staffing aligns with policy and quality goals.

You will lead initiatives, coordinate bed management (TeleTracking), mentor staff, and partner with hospital leaders to achieve throughput and patient satisfaction targets in inpatient units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• RN licensure registered in Florida.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Implements best practices to support Health First goals while ensuring patient and staff safety.
• Conducts disciplinary conferences as needed and reinforces hospital policy.
• Performs performance appraisals and leads department objectives for quality and patient care services.
• Facilitates bed management and patient placement coordination to improve throughput.
• Acts as liaison to community hospital leaders to achieve throughput metrics.
• Leads and participates in developing policies affecting patient care and staff utilization.
