Qualifications

• Three years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practice state and multistate licensure accepted where applicable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling of nursing staff for shifts.
• Lead the nursing process and continuum of care within Sanford Health.
• Collaborate with providers and other professionals to plan and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate leadership, mentor staff, and drive quality improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in committee work.
