Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a BSN or is in a BSN program, has two years of acute care nursing experience, and holds Florida RN licensure with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in acute care clinical environments.
• RN licensure in the State of Florida or endorsement.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and assesses unit functions 24/7, including patient care evaluation.
• Schedules and assigns personnel to ensure safe, adequate staffing.
• Drives quality improvement activities and policy implementation.
• Ensures compliance with The Joint Commission standards and procedures.
