Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Expedites throughput and patient flow with Transfer Center, physicians and staff.
• Expedites bed assignment and transfers between units.
• Provides staff education and mentoring; assists in competency assessment.
• Represents Administration in resolving complex patient/family/physician concerns.
• Coordinates staffing resources with charge nurses and units.
• Participates in PI activities such as throughput and Rapid Response.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
