Job summary

Good Samaritan Medical Center in Florida seeks an experienced Registered Nurse leader to oversee patient care on each shift, including weekends and holidays. The position requires an RN license with BSN preferred, BLS; ACLS competency; CPI due within 90 days; and at least 3 years of experience including a year in middle management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in manager/Director absence and coordinate quality patient care.

• Address HR issues, ensure licensure/certifications renewals, and share information with leadership.
• Monitor staffing plans, minimize agency usage, and ensure proper bed utilization and falls prevention.
