Qualifications

• BSN preferred or equivalent level of nursing education.
• Active Florida RN license or eligibility.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification before start date.
• Two years of acute care nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of TJC and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and assess unit operations and patient care 24/7.
• Schedule and allocate staff to ensure safe, adequate coverage.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes.
• Provide training on EMR use and nursing documentation policies.
• Communicate with physicians and leadership to resolve issues.
• Support professional development and continuous education for staff.
