The role requires a BSN and Florida RN licensure or current eligibility, with BLS, and 2 years of acute care nursing experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher requirement with Florida RN licensure or eligibility.
• Two years of acute care clinical experience.
• BLS certification prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and assess unit functions and patient care 24/7.
• Schedule and assign personnel per staffing plan and acuity.
• Lead quality improvement activities and policy implementation.
