Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing is seeking a Nursing Adjunct Faculty member to deliver didactic and clinical instruction, guiding students toward achieving course objectives while modeling the college’s core values.

You will develop, implement, and revise curriculum, lead simulations, and assess student performance in collaboration with Course Lead Faculty. This position emphasizes professional RN practice, FERPA compliance, and campus-based engagement.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required; if not in nursing, must have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and a graduate degree in a related discipline from an accredited program recognized by U.S. education authorities.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, teaches, and evaluates the philosophy and objectives of the nursing education program.
• Lead simulation learning experiences in the Nursing Lab.
• Teaches and evaluates students in the classroom.
• Facilitates clinical practice by nursing students and attends facility orientations.
• Communicates student progress and provides timely feedback; participates in curriculum design and program evaluation.
