• Current unencumbered RN license in the relevant state or compact license.
• Certified Nurse Educator certification and national specialty certification preferred.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing education and practice.

Aufgaben

• Teach and evaluate didactic, clinical, and lab sessions to meet course objectives.
• Design and revise curriculum; lead simulations in the Nursing Lab.
• Foster student success, provide feedback, and support progression.
• Collaborate with Course Lead Faculty to develop student success plans and remediation.
• Maintain records of student performance and course evaluations.
