Qualifications

• Must possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-Term care and MDS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing staff and schedules, writing performance reviews.
• Meet with administration and therapy departments in planning care.
• Develop and maintain care standards for nursing.
• Give and receive nursing reports at shift changes.
• Ensure clean and sanitary work areas for nursing professionals.
• Perform administrative duties like charting and evaluations.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary.
