Villa at Willow Place is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager RN to lead the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility and uphold high-quality care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance. Join a team focused on growth and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
• Current RN license to practice in the State.
• CPR certification is required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Long-Term care and MDS experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manages nursing staff, scheduling breaks, and performance reviews; enforces policies.
• Collaborates with administration, medical and nursing staff to plan care.
• Makes rounds to monitor patient conditions and ensure standards are met.
• Maintains care areas to be clean and sanitary; ensures equipment readiness.
• Documents data per Medicare/Medicaid and company standards; completes admissions, transfers, and discharge forms.
• Provides direct nursing care as needed and mentors staff.
• Assists QA in action plans to correct deficiencies.
