Villa at Pine Place is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager RN to lead nursing activities and ensure quality care. You will manage nursing staff, schedule duties, and enforce facility policies while developing care standards.

This role includes collaborating with administration and therapy departments, documenting patient care, and providing direct nursing where needed. Ideal candidates will have a nursing degree, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Competenze

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-term care and MDS experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage nursing staff scheduling and performance reviews.
