• Collaborate with administration, medical and nursing staff on care planning.
• Develop and maintain care standards for residents.
• Perform rounds to assess resident conditions and supervise staff performance.
• Provide shift handoffs and nursing reports; ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, rooms, and treatment spaces.
• Support QA/PI by helping implement corrective actions for deficiencies.
• Complete administrative forms, reports, and charting as required.
