Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential. Qualifications include current CPR certification and an active LPN license in Michigan, with 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Possess a current LPN license to practice in the State.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Long‑Term care and MDS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages nursing staff, schedules breaks, writes performance reviews and enforces policies.
• Presents with administration and medical staff to plan care.
• Develops and maintains care standards and conducts rounds to monitor resident conditions.
• Provides and documents nursing care, prepares reports and ensures compliance with standards.
