Villa At Borgess Place is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager LPN to lead the day-to-day nursing care, coordinate staff, and ensure quality standards are met. You will assess, implement, and evaluate the plan of care and supervise a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-Term care and MDS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the nursing staff, scheduling breaks and reassigning staff as needed.
• Meets with administration, medical and nursing staff to plan care.
• Develops and maintains care standards.
• Conducts frequent rounds to monitor patient conditions and ensure standards.
