Villa At Borgess Place is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager RN to oversee day-to-day nursing activities and ensure high-quality care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. The role involves staffing, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with administration and therapy departments.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license, current CPR certification, and have 2+ years of supervisory experience in long-term care, with familiarity with MDS processes and

Qualificações

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited College or University.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-Term care and MDS experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages nursing staff, scheduling, reviews and coaching as needed.
• Interacts with administration, medical and nursing staff to plan care.
• Develops and maintains care standards and conducts rounds.
• Provides nursing care as needed and ensures documentation meets standards.
• Ensures clean and sanitary environments in care areas.
