Hartford Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead a clinical unit in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Under the Nurse Manager, you will coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure adherence to standards of practice.

The role requires current Connecticut RN license, BSN, BLS, and arrhythmia certification; leadership experience preferred. You will schedule staff, monitor quality, and contribute to cost-effective care while supporting the hospital-wide goals.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN License.
• BSN degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association and arrhythmia certification required prior to hire.
• Leadership experience and/or unit committee work preferred.
• Specialty certification preferred.
• Strong communications skills required.

Responsibilities
