Job summary

The role includes supervising personnel, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining efficient patient flow. Ohio RN licensure, BSN preferred with progression, and BLS are required or pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN License.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred or obtain within 3 years of employment.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care on the unit to ensure quality, individualized patient care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and patient flow; collaborate with nurse manager.
• Supervise assigned staff and coordinate with health care team for safe patient care.
• Perform chart audits, ensure adherence to policies, and support staff education.
