Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience with leadership responsibilities (charge nurse/shift lead).
• Preferred: national certification in clinical specialty or leadership within 6 months of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the nursing department; schedule staff within patient ratios and budgetary guidelines.
• Provide leadership to staff, recruit, train and evaluate employees; conduct regular meetings to ensure clear communication.
• Assist in annual operating and capital budgeting; manage inventory and ensure regulatory compliance.
