Select Medical in Miami, FL seeks a Nurse Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) to lead inpatient rehabilitation care on 12‑hour night shifts. Compensation ranges from $44.12 to $59.37 per hour, with night/weekend differentials and a $15,000 sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State RN license.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise clinical care on duty.
• Manage safety, infection control, and quality of care issues; mentor staff during orientation and handle disciplinary matters.
• Maximize management opportunities during assigned shift and promote a team-based atmosphere.
• Promote a learning climate; ensure educational requirements are met by staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and implement staffing plans for scheduled shifts.
• Participate as part of the interdisciplinary team in rehabilitation goal assessment and planning.
• Interpret lab and diagnostic data; ensure accurate transcription of medical orders.
• Be competent in Rapid Response and code events and provide patient/family counseling.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
