Job summary

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Richmond Heights, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a full-time night shift (6:45 pm–7:15 am) with every third weekend in rotation. The role directs nursing staff, delivers and oversees patient care, and partners with the Chief Nursing Officer to maintain standards.

Compensation includes $42–$60 per hour, night and weekend shift differentials ($7 nights, $3 weekend), plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within first 6 months of hire/promotion.
• Preferred: Two or more years of RN experience and one or more years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned nursing personnel and serve as resource and consultant.
• Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.
• Maintain approved standards of patient care and collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer for continuity of care.
• Assist in achieving patient care goals and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
