Job summary

HonorHealth Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an experienced RN leader for the Telemetry Unit-3W-Advanced Cardiac Care who will supervise, assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care and staff development. You will ensure quality outcomes and mentor staff in a fast-paced, evidence-based setting.

The role requires a BSN, AZ RN license (or compact) within 60 days, BLS certification, and 2+ years of RN experience. Night shift.

Qualifications

• BSN degree is required.
• Arizona RN license or compact state license required within 60 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 2+ years of RN experience required; 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Assists Clinical Director in management of unit staff and patient population.
• Direct patient care according to unit needs and collaborate with physicians on medical plans.
• Supports stroke protocols, education, and quality indicators within the unit.
• Oversees staffing, onboarding, performance, coaching, and adherence to department budget.
