The Alden Network is seeking an experienced nurse supervisor to provide direct care and lead nursing staff in a skilled facility setting. This role ensures high-quality care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing assistants, developing care plans, and maintaining regulatory compliance while promoting a warm, supportive environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in Illinois and/or Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certificate or obtain within two weeks of employment.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities and supervise nursing assistants.
• Plan, develop, and direct care for residents per policy and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and facility policies.
