Job summary

The Alden Network is seeking a qualified nurse (RN or LPN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in daily activities. You will ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and uphold high-quality care standards across the unit.

Key responsibilities include planning and directing patient care, performing nursing assessments, medication administration, and coordinating with physicians. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Must possess current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in IL and/or WI.
• Must possess CPR certificate or obtain within two weeks of employment.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Interest/knowledge in elderly care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to customers and supervise nursing assistants per standards and facility policies.
• Plan, develop, and direct care plans; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Perform assessments, charting, medication administration, and coordination of diagnostic services.
