Job summary

The Alden Network is seeking a qualified nursing supervisor to provide direct patient care and oversee nursing assistants. The role requires maintaining high-quality care in line with federal, state, and local standards and facility policies.

You will supervise day-to-day nursing activities and participate in care planning and training. Applicants must hold an active RN or LPN license in Illinois or Wisconsin and have current CPR certification or obtain it within two weeks of employment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in Illinois and/or Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification or must obtain within two weeks of employment.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise nursing assistants and day-to-day activities.
• Ensure care aligns with federal, state, local standards and facility policies.
• Lead and participate in ongoing staff training and care plan conferences.
• Document care, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to physicians.
