Job summary

The Alden Network seeks an experienced nurse supervisor to provide direct patient care and oversee daily nursing activities for a unit. You will supervise nursing assistants and ensure care adheres to federal, state, and local standards, along with facility policies.

You will lead care planning, staff guidance, and ensure accurate documentation while coordinating with physicians and families to maintain high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in IL/WI.
• CPR certification must be current or obtained within two weeks.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants.
• Plan, develop, and direct unit operations and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper documentation and rounds.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams to maintain patient safety and quality care.
