Adecco Staffing in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead an inpatient rehabilitation unit. You will supervise nursing care, provide leadership, and help develop patient care programs to support recovery and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, ACLS and CRRN within 12 months, a BSN or related degree preferred, and 2+ years of inpatient hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing per state requirements.
• ACLS certification required within 12 months of start.
• CRRN certification required within 12 months of eligibility.
• BSN or related bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient hospital experience within the last 5 years.
• Proven nursing leadership experience (e.g., Charge Nurse, Lead RN).

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care and services on assigned shifts.
• Provide direction, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration and clinical teams.
• Address staffing and patient-care issues and drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with care teams to promote quality outcomes.
• Direct patient care as needed to ensure continuity of care.
• Foster a collaborative, compassionate environment focused on recovery.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Current RN license in accordance with state requirements
• ACLS certification required within 1 year of starting
• CRRN certification required within 1 year of meeting eligibility requirements

• 2+ years of recent inpatient hospital experience within the last 5 years
• Previous nursing leadership experience, such as Charge Nurse, Lead RN, or similar role
