Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing with state regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications to be obtained within one year.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of starting.
• Two years of inpatient hospital experience within last five years.
• Previous leadership role with accountability for staff results.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a unit.
• Monitoring and managing staff, including on-the-spot feedback and annual evaluations.
• Providing patient care when needed and building relationships with patients for recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
