Charleston Manor is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Charleston, MO. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coordinating resident care, and developing nursing policies to ensure quality service.

The Nurse Supervisor will lead staff in recruitment, evaluations, and regulatory compliance while collaborating across departments to deliver patient-centered care and cost-conscious operations.

Formación

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• LPN License required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate resident care with a hands-on management style.
• Develop, review, and revise nursing/policies.
• Lead in recruitment by interviewing candidates.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and address disciplinary issues.
• Ensure regulatory standards and company goals are met or exceeded.
• Monitor supplies and equipment to control costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to support patient care.

Charleston Manor is currently seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join our team.

Nurse Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:

• The coordination of resident care with a “hands on” management style

• Strong organizational skills

• Develops, reviews, and revises nursing and clinical policies

• Able to work days but also willing to be flexible during a staff shortage or emergency situation

• Conduct employee performance evaluations and disciplinary situations to ensure quality care of residents

• Ability to multi-task

• Knowledge of Residential Care Regulations

• Ability to lead in the recruitment of qualified staff by conducting interviews

• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant

• Ability to focus on customer service and collaboration with other departments to develop, support, and coordinate patient care and related functions

• Promote an atmosphere of respect, professional growth, and encouragement for all nursing staff members and assure regulatory standards and company goals are met or exceeded

• Responsible for cost controls by monitoring the use of supplies and equipment

Nurse Supervisor Qualifications and Skills:

• Supervisory: 1 years (Preferred)

• LPN Nurse License (Required)

• CPR/First Aid (Required)
