Bethany Care Center is currently seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead the nursing team and coordinate resident care with a hands-on management style. This role ensures quality care and regulatory compliance while supporting hospital-like standards in a long-term care setting.

The Nurse Supervisor will supervise staff, conduct evaluations, participate in interviews, and promote collaboration across departments to improve patient outcomes and service excellence.

Formación

• Supervisory: 1 year preferred.
• LPN Nurse License: Required.
• CPR/First Aid: Required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate resident care with a hands-on management style.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Lead in recruitment by conducting interviews and selecting qualified staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and coordinate patient care.
• Support cost controls by monitoring supplies and equipment.

Bethany Care Center is currently seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join our team.

Nurse Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:

• The coordination of resident care with a “hands on” management style

• Strong organizational skills

• Develops, reviews, and revises nursing and clinical policies

• Able to work days but also willing to be flexible during a staff shortage or emergency situation

• Conduct employee performance evaluations and disciplinary situations to ensure quality care of residents

• Ability to multi-task

• Knowledge of Residential Care Regulations

• Ability to lead in the recruitment of qualified staff by conducting interviews

• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant

• Ability to focus on customer service and collaboration with other departments to develop, support, and coordinate patient care and related functions

• Promote an atmosphere of respect, professional growth, and encouragement for all nursing staff members and assure regulatory standards and company goals are met or exceeded

• Responsible for cost controls by monitoring the use of supplies and equipment

Nurse Supervisor Qualifications and Skills:

• Supervisory: 1 years (Preferred)
