Qualifications

• RN licensure required in state regulations.
• BSN preferred for leadership track.
• Two years recent inpatient hospital experience (last five years).
• Leadership role such as charge nurse or lead capacity with accountability for patient and staff results.
• CRRN and ACLS certifications should be obtained within the stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit.
• Monitor and manage staff including feedback, evaluations, and performance counseling and discipline.
• Provide patient care when needed and build relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

• Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
