Responsibilities

• Manage the automated nurse staffing system, initiating, coordinating and monitoring staffing schedules.
• Align staffing with patient/unit activity and each unit's budget to support cost effective staffing.
• Handle payroll-related processes and generate payroll reports for nurse directors/leaders and VP of Patient Care Services.
