Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA or QMA certification is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or scheduling is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is expected.
• Strong communication and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules (minimum 4 weeks in advance).
• Coordinate daily coverage to meet resident care needs.
• Manage PTO, holidays, and last-minute call-offs.
• Communicate schedule changes clearly to staff.
• Track time worked, attendance, and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new staff.
• Maintain accurate records and staffing documentation.
• Be available for after-hours calls (facility phone provided).
