Ohana Pacific Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Scheduler to manage staff scheduling, monthly calendars, and daily assignments in a healthcare setting on Hawaii’s island. The role involves coordinating with nursing staff to confirm availability and communicating schedules using specialized scheduling and time-keeping tools.

Responsibilities include handling patient records administration, coordinating appointments, and ensuring forms and documentation are properly filed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Healthcare field and/or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
• One year general office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and timely monthly schedules and daily assignments for nursing staff.
• Communicate with nursing staff to obtain availability and inform them of assigned schedules.
• Perform administrative duties related to patient records and maintain clerical systems for clinical information.
