Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Hawaii is seeking a detail-oriented Nursing Staff Coordinator to drive operational excellence within our nursing department. You will support the Director of Nursing by scheduling healthcare personnel, coordinating medical office logistics, and providing supplemental floor care when needed.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, fixing timecard errors, tracking credentials and training, coordinating resident care, and handling attendance and meeting

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of clerical or medical office administration experience.
• Active, unrestricted Hawaii CNA license required.
• Proficient with standard office computers and scheduling tools.
• Ability to stand and walk short distances and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Includes paid time off (PTO) and weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities

• Create employee schedules and fix timecard errors to manage staffing and payroll.
• Track staff credentials, training, and medical clearance to ensure agency compliance.
• Coordinate resident care by scheduling dental visits and sending family updates.
• Provide clerical support including attendance tracking, CNA floor coverage, and meeting minutes.
