Job summary

Adventist Health Castle in Kailua, HI is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure daily nursing unit staffing, anticipate vacancies, and coordinate with internal staff and external agencies.

You will input census, acuity, and staffing data into the scheduling system, maintain contact lists and qualifications, and perform clerical duties while supporting a culture of nurse-focused care.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Associates/Technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and update daily staffing sheets and master schedules.
• Coordinate with bed control to staff required assignments.
• Maintain employee contact information and staff qualifications lists.
• Process leave requests and input data into payroll system.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education
