Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and episodic care in skilled nursing facilities.

You’ll manage your own panel, build relationships with patients and families, and operate independently with no on-call requirements. New grads welcome; the role features 6-hour shifts, charting from home, and a strong earning potential with productivity-based pay plus a long-term retention incentive.

Qualifications

• Board certification (AGNP or FNP) — active and unrestricted.
• Unrestricted NP license in the state of operation (Wisconsin).
• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and ability to move quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage roughly 16–20 patients per day in skilled nursing settings.
• Perform annual wellness visits and H&Ps; manage chronic and acute issues.
• Review meds/orders; coordinate with physicians, specialists, and facility staff.
• Stay in touch with families and participate in care conferences as needed.

We'relooking for an experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our clinicalteam full time, providing primary and episodic care to residents in skillednursing facilities. This is an independent role built around continuity —you'll manage your own panel and build long-term relationships with patientsand their families. New grads welcome!

YourDay-to-Day
