Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team on a part-time basis. You will manage your own patient panel and develop long-term relationships with residents in skilled nursing facilities, with the flexibility to chart from home after rounds.

Qualifications

• Board certification (AGNP or FNP) active and unrestricted.

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–20 patients per day, including annual wellness visits and H&Ps.
• Manage chronic and co-morbid conditions and respond to acute changes.
• Review meds and orders; coordinate with collaborating physicians and facility staff.
• Communicate with families and participate in care conferences as appropriate.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team part time, providing primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role built around continuity — you'll manage your own panel and build long-term relationships with patients and their families. New grads welcome!

Your Day-to-Day
